Civ IV: A New Dawn (Civilopedia)

Those strings are used in the in-game Civilopedia. Their purpose is to help the player but they are not used in the main interface. Please focus on the main strings first: https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/and-main-mod/ For "_pedia" resources, when the string is a definition, you are allowed to use the abstract of Wikipedia by copy/pasting and adding "(Wikipedia)" at the end of it.
