Erebot

Erebot runs on both PHP 5.3 and later, and uses only OOP (Object-Oriented Programming) to ensure ease of reading and ships with several unit tests. Erebot has a very modular codebase and currently supports the following features: - Plain-text and secure (TLS) connections to IRC servers, with some support for the STARTTLS extension, using either an IPv4 or IPv6 network stack. - Channel auto-join upon connecting - Auto-connecting to pre-configured servers - Auto-reconnecting after the connection is severed or the lag goes too high - Internationalization of most messages, with the possibility to use different languages for different channels/servers/networks - A few popular games (Uno, Gang of Four, Roulette, Countdown), some tools (a TV timetable, a basic calculator, etc.) - And many more you can install separately ! Erebot is released under the GPL v3.0+.
