ODM CKAN localization

Within the scope of the project, a theme (ckan extension) has been developed in order to extend the functionalities and look-and-feel of the User Interface provided by CKAN. Through this process, new text strings have been inserted and therefore need to be translated. The resources to be translated here should not contain any resource already contained on https://www.transifex.com/organization/okfn/dashboard/ckan
